Vetting means we do the diligence behind the scenes — we don’t publish a pro’s ID, license scans, or personal documents. You see what matters for your decision: their real name, the trades they’re verified for, and their track record. Trust is aggregate, not a data dump of someone’s private paperwork.

Electrical, plumbing, and HVAC jobs can only be quoted by pros whose trade license we’ve verified. If a license isn’t confirmed, that pro simply can’t bid on that category of work.
