Independent local pros who run their own businesses. We review every pro before they can quote, and each one confirms their identity with a government ID before they can be paid. Jobs that need a license go to licensed pros. You can always ask your pro for any paperwork your building needs.

If something isn't right with completed work, tell us within 48 hours and we'll work with your pro to put it right: a return visit, a correction, or an adjustment to the charge.

You can cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment. Inside that window, or any time on the day of the appointment, we may keep 25% of what you paid to cover the pro's held time. Cancel earlier than that and you get a full refund, including the service fee. If your pro cancels or doesn't show up, you get a full refund of everything you paid for that booking, and we'll help you rebook someone else.
