Your account holds your jobs, your customers and your payouts. This short video walks through every security setting in the Pro app: passkeys, two-step sign-in, Face ID and signing out of every device.

The settings, step by step
Confirm your email
Open Profile, then Security. If your email says Confirm, tap it and enter the 6-digit code we email you.
Add a passkey
Tap Add a passkey and approve with Face ID or Touch ID. Next time, tap Sign in with a passkey. There is no password to type, and a passkey cannot be guessed or phished.
Turn on two-step sign-in
Optional, and worth it. Add the code to the Passwords app, or scan it with any authenticator app, then enter the 6-digit code. After your password, the app asks for a fresh code.
Save your recovery codes
You get 10 recovery codes when two-step sign-in turns on. If you lose your phone, each code signs you in once. Keep them somewhere safe.
Turn on Face ID
Back on Profile, switch on Face ID so the app asks for your face every time it opens.
Sign out of all devices
Lost a phone or signed in somewhere you do not trust? Profile, Security, Sign out of all devices ends every session at once.
Questions
- Where are the security settings in the Pro app?
- Open the Profile tab and tap Security. You will find your email, passkeys, two-step sign-in and Sign out of all devices there. The Face ID switch is on the Profile tab under Privacy and security. If you do not see them, update Handy Circle Pro from the App Store.
- What is a passkey?
- A passkey lets you sign in with Face ID or Touch ID instead of typing a password. It is saved in your Passwords app, and it cannot be guessed or phished.
- What if I lose my phone?
- Sign in on another device with your password, then use a recovery code if two-step sign-in is on. Then open Security and tap Sign out of all devices.
